We've been around since 1979. We grew up along with the Village of Wellington. As the village has changed, so have we. We care for our community because we are part of the community. That is what a church is all about.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT
What about children under 2?
Sunday School Classes are provided at 9:30 am for children 2 years and older.
There is a staffed nursery for children under 2 at all 3 services.
I have a middle or high-schooler.
Youth Sunday Programs are available for ,iddle and high-schoolers.
What do I wear?
Dress styles range from casual to "Sunday Best". We are informal and want you to be comfortable.
Where do I go for Service?
We have a "Welcome Cart" in front and Greeters at the doors to the sanctuary to assist you in any way they can.
Enjoy coffee and donuts?
Donuts are available all morning for everyone in the Fellowship Hall. Seek and you will find!
Will there be someone to assist me?
Greeters are available at each service, by the doors to the sanctuary and at the welcome wagon to assist.
I'm not Methodist or I don't know the Bible.
We have an "Open Door" so all are welcome. All we ask of you is to come and visit us. None of us have all the answers and no special knowledge is required to enjoy the fellowship at St. Peter's.
I'm not a Christian.
We welcome you to come "as you are". All are welcome. There are no prerequisites to attending worship or for seeking God.
Traditional Worship 8:00 and 11:00 AM
Contemporary Service 9:30 AM
Our main goal is to worship the Lord.
Love God & Love Others - Jesus was clear about this. We will follow this commandment while being thankful in Worship.
